The cover of this one was, mildly misleading. The guy on the cover isn't in this volume much at all. Freya meets him briefly at the start of the volume, in "disguise" as herself.
The pacing is starting to even out a little, but things are still a bit disjointed with the pacing because of earlier volumes.
This series is very readable, even if the drama doesn't always feel urgent. Even with the Kingdom on the brink of being overthrown from the inside.
