One True Loves by Taylor Jenkins Reid

5.0

Taylor Jenkins Reid does magic with her words. I love how beautifully she writes! How beautiful her books are. I have read two so far and she's one of my favourite authors! I lover her so much and I'll read everything and anything she writes. Such beautiful lines. Such a beautiful book!

Recently she posted on instagram regarding a movie adaptation of this book. I didn't even know that this book existed. I knew about her recent release... Malibu Rising and Daisy Jones ... But I didn't know she wrote so many before these... So when I read the blurb I immediately wanted to read this book. So I read it. It left me sobbing and feeling warm on the inside... Like how you feel underneath a blanket when it's cold outside. With a hot cup of coffee and an amazing view. This book is an emotional ride for me. I was crying in the middle of the night. I was happy, I was sad. I was devastated when Jesse died (it's not a spoiler) confused when Emma was confused. I was anxious on how the author would unravel the end... She did an amazing job at it. Such a good book. ! I love her so much.

About the book, it's about Emma Blair and true love. Or loves. I loved Sam more than Jesse. Sam is someone who I'd love to spend my entire life with. Jesse is amazing but I love Sam more. I love traveling, exploring but still I'd want a Sam in my life. And oh the cats! I loved that part. Homer and Mozart! I love cats so much and I love how Emma Blair started loving cats !

"I decided to no longer wonder what would have happened if things had worked out differently. And instead, I would focus on what was in front of me. I would focus on reality instead of asking myself questions about fictions"

The lines in this book... If I had a copy..It would've been highlighted all over. Such beautiful writing!
I love you Emma Blair and I love you Sam! And I love you Taylor Jenkins Reid for writing so amazingly!
