I was thinking for this book a couple days after I finished it, this is definitely one of my new favorites. I really really liked the first book, but it didn't stay with me as much as this one did. This one has way more intrigue, plotting, and towards the end way more action paced. I also listened to most of this on audio (then sped through the last 150 pages) and I really enjoyed the audiobook, definitely made me appreciate the world building a lot more.
I cannot WAIT for the third book, I feel like a lot of books that I find good are the second in a trilogy which is good because it gives me more books to read in the future.
