This is exactly what I want to read in a spicy romance, I loved the fast pace of the plot and the sex scenes.... SO FUCKING SENSUAL AND HOT. I also loved the "moments of honesty", if there's one thing that annoys me to death is the stupid trope of suffering without saying anything and all the misunderstandings that come with it so I appreciated those parts so much.

Yeah the plot it's predictable but I mostly read as an escape so it's completely fine with me and most of the characters are really easy to like.

This was my first read from Catharina and I'll definitvely be checking out the next books in this series and the rest of her work,. She does a good job in introducing you to the characters from her other books just enough to get you interested, I'm intrigued.

the only thing I hated was the pregnancy plot point, it felt like it took forever to solve that (it was actually pretty fast but I detest that trope so much, I can't stand it
