Okay sooo this is a hard review to write
I feel like this isn't Steph's best work
I don't know how to explain it but it felt missing something and rushed
Don't get me wrong I enjoyed it but only when Eva and Jacks were on the page
It answered my questions but lacked the mystery that the first two books had
And the freaking map at the start had "one bed" sign on that inn, where was my one bed trope huh????
Like we deserved more Jacks deserved more
This book should have been longer and gave depths to the events but
I still loved it I just wish I loved it more 🥲
