This was a beautiful graphic novel. The illustrations were beautiful and I loved how candid Maia was with eir journey with gender and sexuality. I learned a lot from this book - I truly believe that the best way to learn about these topics is by hearing personal accounts like this one. I was very much able to relate to eir feelings about sexuality and learned a lot about gender presentation. I think this is an INCREDIBLY important book that everyone should read!
