Belonging: One Woman's Search for Truth and Justice for the Tuam Babies by Naomi Linehan, Catherine Corless

challenging dark emotional informative inspiring sad tense medium-paced

4.25

This book is so many things I can't find the words for. I don't remember when I became interested in learning more about the Mother and Baby Homes, but I knew it was what I wanted to do my history project on, which was why I picked up this book, and honestly, I think all Irish people should be required to read this. Such a dark part of 'history' is kept silent, or still greatly misunderstood, and it is our duty to never let people in power be capable of such things.

Thank you, Catherine. For this book.
