Every time I read these books, they just get more and more awful. I can't believe I used to love them when I was younger.

All of the Rosewood girls are spoiled rotten and are just terrible people, in general. It is hard to feel bad for them when they are so awful to everyone around them (I'm looking at you, Hanna).

Yet, for some reason I keep reading them. Something about these books fulfills a soap-opera-esque void in my reading repertoire.
