LOVED the overall ‘undercover’ theme and the motivations behind every characters actions. Liv and Mac are two of my favorite characters in this world so far (with the Russian being the number one fave of course). I think seeing the two of them be the enemies to lovers trope, and have the guys call that out, made this just so much more fun.

I do wish we got more of how the bromance book club’s actual books played a role in their decision making. The way that happened in book one was seamless and the audiobook did a great job, so I wish we saw more of that here. Despite that, the bromance bros really pulled through with being there for Liv and Mac and I just love their lil group so much.

Overall, really excited to keep reading in this world!!
