Was given a copy of this for free, realising now I would not have picked it up based off the blurb or the cover.

Completely unrealistic, nothing was believable or grounded in any sort of regular world that would MAKE it believable, I didn't root for any of the characters, and none of the twists felt authentic.
Everything was pushed in for shock factor and none of it worked, to be honest. The writing felt like it was a quick dash to get a story written in two hours and the story was not engaging at all. To write a story with that much drama and for it not to be engaging is tough, but this novella definitely did it...
