I really enjoyed the continued story of Clay and Nova after reading Game Changer. This book picked up right where the first book left off, and we immediately got the tension between both characters, which I enjoyed. I loved seeing the will they/won't they situation after everything they went through in book one. There was definitely confusion at some points, and I wish they talked it out more but I did enjoy it!

Their journey really was a rollercoaster of emotions. I had no idea where we were going to end up until the last page! There was another cliffhanger at the end of this book, but I think the next book is the last one and I am scared but excited to see what is going to happen after the turn of events.
