Everyone’s always going through something, aren’t they? That’s life, basically. It’s just more and more things to go through.
to be honest, i didn’t like the cheating tropes and the main character is the type of character that is not easy to love. but, her opinion, choices, and incredulity in life are very relatable. as a 21-year-old, being introduced to a different and unique kind of love, her life experience is intriguing to be followed
her relationship with Bobbi, her friends. also so interesting to delve into. both of them have a very different personality that can raise so many misunderstandings, but on the other hand, they need each other as a support system.
her relationship with Nick, who has 10 year gap also interesting and sometimes kind of repulsive. it’s interesting because i can see the different side of Frances when she is with Nick and Bobbi.
at the end of the day, love for people can be interpreted differently. it’s impossible to have one common opinion and standpoint. i didn’t like the ending of the book, but i do enjoy the different life journeys i could experience throughout reading this book.
