This was really good. The way the story was told - the voice I suppose - was compelling, you wanted to spend time with it. There was a wee story within the story that made me laugh. (Feels odd to remember considering where the book ends up). I liked how the structure was kinda of lopsided; this slow build up of incident before the story - what I thought would be the story of the whole thing - starts about 2/3 in and... well, what the title suggests happens.
