I Was Here by Gayle Forman

3.0

3.5 stars, very close to 4.
I found this book to be more enjoyable and impactful than I would have thought. I felt it held the right amount of suspense, mystery, grief, and meaning.
There were some parts I felt were unnecessary, mainly certain parts and lengths of the romance in the novel. But. Overall, it was an interesting and in-depth look at depression, secrets, suicide, family, love, heartbreak, and this messy and dynamic thing we call life.
