This was a lovely volume in the story! There were fewer mysteries involving poisoning or outright murder and a much stronger focus on Maomao settling into her new place in the Outer Court and solving other general mysteries. I'm sure things will ramp back up from here though, so I'm excited for the next volume!
Moderate: Death, Self harm, Medical content, and Fire/Fire injury
Minor: Bullying and Alcohol
Death (some of the mysteries in this volume deal with people's death) | Fire/Fire Injury (one of the mysteries involves an exploding storehouse; Maomao reveals her injured arm which is heavily scarred from burning) | Medical Content (Maomao is an apothecary so there is some discussion of medical treatments, though there is less in this volume) | Self Harm (Maomao's injured arm is due to self harming) | Alcohol (some minor depictions of drinking) | Bullying (the ladies of the Outer Court start bullying Maomao a bit)
