This was even better than "Dear Mrs. Bird." I really enjoyed getting to see more of the magazine/advice column, the continued development of the romance, and more female friendships. Although this novel takes place against the backdrop of war, it is ultimately filled with hope, heart, friendship, and love.

More people need to read this series... it is so worth it!
