This books does a great job enumerating the benefits of therapy for people with a variety of life experiences and emotional and mental challenges to overcome. Because of this I particularly enjoyed that this romance did not have a third act breakup - but instead gives a heart warming example of how to support and encourage a loved be during a crisis.
