I read this book with only a faint remembrance of the plot from the first two. A lot of the details escape me. It was a fun ride but I sometimes found the world building a little hard to understand. Somehow, it didn’t feel fully developed, though I’m not sure I can specify how. Same with characters at times; I was not always sure I liked them or understood their motivations. It was still a fun read, but I’m not sure it will keep much of a hold on me.
