The cliffhanger ending about made me freak out until I realized I was so late on reading this that the next book has been out since July.

Needless to say, I LOVED every second of reading A Fate of Wrath and Flame! Remy really had her cards stacked against her from the very beginning. I was not expecting the Vampire twist or that the poison was her blood and not merth as was led to be believed.

Remy and Zander are such a strong couple if their distrust of 1 another eases enough. There were a few Steamy bits that were fairly mild on the spice but very well written so I will give it a spicy level of 3/5. Still a 5/5 for context though.

The secondary characters were also well done and it was easy for me to picture who they were and what facial expressions they most likely wore to match the authors writing. The world building was done well as well. For not normally writing fantasy this author did splendid.

I can't wait to get started on the next one in the series!
