I expected a little bit more spice from a RH book even if it is part of a trilogy. The action doesn't really take place until towards the end and it's very mild at that. It felt like they were more friends than potential love interests.
This flashes back between past and present so you get to see how they've grown together & all the important parts of their relationships, but I wouldn't say it's a favorite.
I like the dance plot, and I like how their lives are tangled up with each other, but the execution isn't my favorite.
Pacing is good, but the dialogue didn't really sit with me
I got me pick-me vibes from the girl and once that settled in, I couldn't get it out
This ends in a cliffhanger, but damn, that's a pretty good one because I feel like that's when the spice really starts!!
