Great introduction into Amazon's shady practices and its effect on local communities. I was particularly interested in the impact Amazon has on the book business, from writing to publishing to selling. I do wish there was a little bit more time spent on the how than the why, though. There are a few suggestions at the end of the book, but most of the text is made to convince people, and well, I was already convinced before I picked up the book.
