No this book is not good for you... especially if you try the chocolate recipes in the back. One suggestion... if you are a chocoholic like me and Pseudonymous Bosch when you read this, have a box of chocolate bars with you. I promise you you will crave them. Other than that this books follows the same funny and plot line as the other two.
