Hunter X Hunter, Vol. 17 by Yoshihiro Togashi

4.0

The dodgeball match was of course, amazing. I liked everything about it even though the rules were detailed too much sometimes. My favorite part was when Hisoka, Killua and Gon cooperated. Urgh, I just love them.

The second part of the book was my least favorite from the beginning of the series. Even in the anime. I even liked it less than the zodiacs arc. And why? Because there are two types of villains. The one you can accept, they are evil after all and I dislike them usually but on the other hand, we have some like Bomber. I feel hatred toward him. Like intense loathing, and not the kind you're supposed to feel. I don't know how to describe him but he annoyed me. I rarely hate a character that much. So if it wasn't for the dodgeball match, I'd give it 3 stars because of the villains.

And I always wondered since Biscuit is so strong why did she look so useless? I mean she trained them alright but she'll make up for it in the next volume which is supposed to be the last before the chimera ants arc. Where we will meet Kite. Yey. I hope the manga will be as good as the anime. So fingers crossed.
