This is a book that speaks for itself and I deign say anything about it. All I am qualified to say is that it's an experience that is to be lived through the lens of the atrocities faced by Mariam and Laila living in that world of tyranny, oppression and hardship, two women who dare to challenge it and break from that chain of brutality. This is a book that one ought to read once in their lifetime.
