Before you read or listen to this story, be sure to read Broken Dolls and The Easter Hunt. Brian and Mina are back in this novella, and I continue to love the character growth that the two of them have. Mina continues to become the person she's always had the potential to become, and so does Brian. I was surprised to see Brian be softer with Mina. It’s clear that he loves her, even if his way of showing it is unconventional. I really enjoyed this dark novella!
