Hello Stranger by Katherine Center

I’m going to start off strong. Go read the blurb and come back.

First of all, I really, really, really, really freaking hate love triangles. Second of all, I really really hate when everything and everyone in the heroine’s life is bad. Not one thing goes her way and that makes my blood boil. If I had know it would be like that, I probably wouldn’t have read it in the first place. I know it’s not for me so why bother. But I loved Katherine’s previous book so that.

This is a cute romance and everything, if you like the blurb then try it out. That’s all I’m going to say about the romance.

Now.

If there’s something I absolutely hate is when there is so much bad things from either the family, or the friends, or things happening in the heroine’s life and she’s just this naive sweet thing.

Sadie was a freaking angel. Her step sister is fucking satan x100 in the worst way and her dad and stepmum are fucking tools and her dad is an absolute arsehole. But the way Sadie just forgave them at the end??? My blood was boiling.

Call me petty, immature, whatever for wanting her to make them pay or grovel to the maximum. God I wanted to smack them so many fucking times. All of that situation made me just unfocus on the romance and everything else that was happening in the book.

I’m frustrated and sad so bear my review.
