I really was captured by this book as I continued on. It shocked me many times and the subject of it is very dark but definitely sounds like something that can or has happened in the real world. I understand why it was written the way it was but at times I got confused about where in time we were or which character we were focusing on but that's just preference. I prefer more chapters for these types of switches but I understand the writing style. I would definitely re-read this story to get an even better understanding of this dark story.
