i think the beginning was good and had potential. after that it was smut scene faster another. no lube of romance building. it was jarring.

the premise of this book is a good opportunity to use the mfcs revenge as a way to for them to work together and get closer. instead we got another book using bdsm as healing process for mfc after trauma. i understand it can be healing for some but she doesn’t know these guys. it’s not like she is their mate or something magical leading her to trust them.
