I will always love the story of the Trojan War, and any author that dares to touch upon and find their own stories within. I enjoyed just how not omniscient this narrative was: all we ever got was the view of Patroclus. All characterizations were excellent, the two leads in particular. The final chapters are literary perfection. And yet, as always, Odysseus is still my favorite character. 8.5/10.
