The Death Cure by James Dashner

5.0

I wasn't sure if I wanted to read the last part of the series, but I'm so glad I did.
it was awesome
The death of each character was so emotional and well described here, especially of one character (the one who was shot in the head, don't want to spoil anything so I'm trying to say here as least as possible). I liked how all the characters still weren't sure sometimes if what they were experiencing was real or not even though the trials ended. It showed how devastating was the effect of the whole experiment for them.
Although, I liked the solution of the love triangle, I didn't like the final produkt of it. The other should have picked it the other way around, but that's just a minor thing in the whole run.
The amazing thing about this book was that unlike the previous parts it had a bit of humor in it. Just take the things the warden in the asylum for cranks said:
“All right, then,” the man said. “Follow me. And remember, if any of your body parts become detached due to an unfortunate encounter with a Crank, I highly advise you to leave said body part behind and run like hell. Unless it’s a leg, of course.”

Even in the light of the events that were happening I had to laugh, actually laugh out loud.
The last amazing thing I just have to point is how Ratman was just accusing Thomas of being selfish and that they have to do it for the greater good and then like five seconds later Thomas figures out the real reason why the Ratman is doing all this and is like:
you lost your mind
