Solid 4.5!

Not only does this book have a pretty cover, the story inside is fantastic too. Definitely more character-driven, you won’t want to breeze past this one! I think it needs some care and attention when reading, especially that first bit. It took a while to piece together what’s happening, but once I did the story really took off!

The characters really knocked it out of the park for me. We have three women, all in different stages of their life, against the men that have wronged them. This is a testament to how women are treated, and even though there were centuries between past and present, the same thing was happening.

Read this if you like slower paced novels with exceptional characters.
