The book(s) started off promising, they kind of reminded me of "Skin". The "is this real?" part. But it REALLY fell apart in book 4. Just awful. So many loose ends. The two main characters pasts, what actually happens throughout the story, just so... ambiguous. I don't know what happened between books 3 and 4 but I had to force myself to finish reading the last bit, which is sad because I normally enjoy Ted Dekker's books. But the wheels just fell off this one. Blegh.
