The premise of this book sounded promising; a family’s estranged father dies, and in order to inherit their share of his will they have to stay at his estate for 30 days with no contact to the outside world. The story took a completely different path than what I was expecting however, and the majority of the time I was left feeling confused and bored. I can appreciate the writing style, and understand why some people may love this book. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me.
