The Woman in Me by Britney Spears

fast-paced

I always thought I was a huge Britney Fan but after reading this memoir, I didn’t know much about her at all. Reading this made me want to reach through my phone and hug her. Britney was treated like shit by almost every person in her life and that makes me so sad. The way her dad controlled everything and said she wasn’t okay enough to manage her own money but yet she could work her ass off 🤔 so she’s good enough to make the money but not good enough to manage it? Okay. Sure. Her parents are the worst, her sister should have been better and Justin Timberlake is scum. Teenage me would be SHOCKED by all this and the fact that I use to sign my name Mrs.Timberlake makes me sick. It’s wild to think that Britney is only 4 years older than I am and she has been through soooooo much in her life. Did she ever really get to enjoy life? No 😞 As a grown adult she had zero control of her life and people wondered why she acted out. Geeee I wonder why! As someone who has struggled with my weight it makes me so upset that her dad constantly bitched about her size and telling her she needed to lose weight 🙄 I really hope she can start living now. Britney deserves happiness. Britney also deserves chocolate so eat that chocolate, Queen!
