Well, this was definitely better than book 1 in the series but still kinda blah overall.

I am literally reading an entire barely mediocre series so I can read a spin-off series because I liked the cover of said spin-off series. I’m very committed to this nonsense at this point.

Again, nothing good or bad about this book. Just whatever. 3.0.
