This one didn't *hit* like the first one did for me.  Sometimes the approach to mental health of "just get your head out of your ass" bothers me.  I know that in this case, it was done with respect towards anxiety and PTSD and where he was in his journey.  Buuuut it is still a bit of a sensitive point for me.  That being said, I'm looking forward to the next book the most.
