The sequel to The Simple Wild, this is the story of what happens after the HEA. It follows Calla and Jonah for just shy of their first year together as they purchase a home (complete with air field). It's the story of Calla maturing and starting to understand what sort of adult she wants to be. There's not much of an over-arching plot, but the day-to-day activities and watching Calla grow as a person are an enjoyable read.
