Enjoyed this much more than Kit Webb, which I suspected I would.
- Marian is just such a great character and I mayyy have a little bit of a crush on her.
- The romance had me smiling and kicking my feet.
- I enjoyed Rob's Gomez Addam-esque devotion to Marian and how it was presented as a fait accompli; there was never any possibility that he'd act any other way. And talk about modeling enthusiastic consent! Speaking of which, the sex scenes were perfectly balanced, to my taste. Good frequency, good length, good level of explicit/implicit.
- The way
everything came together in the end for one happy (extended, found) family. Very cute all around. - A few moments had me laughing out loud.
I'm can't say if it would have been quite as engaging if I didn't know the characters from Kit Webb already, but I suspect it would have and recommend it on its own.
