Absolute favorite of the Forbidden Men series. Seriously I don't know who couldn't fall in love with Pick Ryan.

It seems so far as if every couple has someone who was raped at some point, so I knew to look for that, but I wasn't at all expecting the glimpse at the beginning. Linda Kage went all paranormal on me for a minute there! Not that I mind.

Eva is Reese's cousin, from Price of a Kiss, and it was nice to get to know her as something other than the rich bitch that she was in that book. She had layers in this book and wasn't just some whiney character mad because a boy wouldn't sleep with her.

But nobody can compare to Pick. He was so amazing to read about. Between his sham of a marriage to his oldest friend so that he could help out her baby, to the glimpse of his future, to how he interacted with women in general, not to mention how he looked. Tatted up bad boy who was nothing but a big teddy bear towards women, but could come at you with a wrench if you pissed him off enough.
