The Mostly Real McCoy by Julie Christianson

2.0

A cute read, but very dorky at times, almost unbearably so. There were a handful of moments that made me want to cringe, making the story and romance less than believable. I did not love the secondary characters and that’s usually a winning point for me. I enjoyed the interactions between FMC and four year old Daisy. The black moment for the FMC wasn’t very strong and at times her character was too wishy-washy. Enjoyed the MMC and the sweet way he wanted to help but even he had moments that were almost immature. May or may not return to the author and series.

100% clean, G rated.
