In a fun and inclusive picture book, All Food is Good Food celebrates food and all that it does for us - from helping us to wake up, have enough energy in the day, and to invigorate our taste buds. It explores different flavours, reasons for eating, the science behind eating, and where it may come from. I really enjoyed that all the foods and people illustrated in the book is quite diverse, encompassing so many cultures and cuisines - truly, all food is good food.
