It makes a person realize that depression is a real disease and it takes you into the mind of a depressed girl, we follow Elizabeth through all her heartache and heartbreak. Although it will leave you in a morbid mood, when you finally reach the end you will realize that there is a hope. I highly recommend it to anyone who has ever felt that there was no hope and has dealt with depression, it is a real illness an you can get over it.
