This book wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t a very satisfying read for me. Most nights I couldn’t be bothered to pick it up because a lot of it just felt like a minorly plotted contemporary with the slightest hint of sci-fi.
All three of the protagonists irked me in some way. And although I did find myself laughing or smiling at times, I mostly just wished it was over.

Overall, it just wasn’t my cup of tea
