I bought this book as part of the Amazon first scheme. It said this was basically a funny way to learn about the events that led to the Arab Spring. However, this book wasn't funny at all. The lead character is horrible and that ruined everything for me. I hated every single character especially the little girl. There were subtle insights into the Arab Spring I'll admit but Amazon oversold this book and I was so disappointed
Also, the microbe confession at the end WTF
