After the last book which was a little slower this book felt jam packed. The fact it featured. Myrnin heavily probhably helped me rate it higher too. In this book Claire becomes the bad guys little puppet, which is interesting. Shane is absent for most of this book given that he is locked up, which honestly I dont mind. Oliver is on the good team, ish. This book had me wondering constantly what would happen next. I thought now that we know a sibling connection with one of the big bad vamps (not telling which) their relationship would be featured in the story. Perhaps it will come up again in a later book. so far would still reccomend this series.
