I am getting all the Tana French hype now.

THE LIKENESS is read by Heather O'Neill and was an utterly absorbing mystery.

I am working my way through this series and I was initially a bit worried about the length of this one. At 22 hours, I wasn't sure I would be able to keep track of the moving parts in audio. I was needlessly cautious. O'Neill did a phenomenal job with it.

This next installment of the Dublin Murder Squad series had Cassie as the main character, and I loved the deep dive into her story. What an amazing premise, too, to have a doppelganger as the victim. Cassie must infiltrate a group of housemates as the victim to discover what happened...all while staying out of danger.

This will be a book that I will be looking for on @pangobooks to add the physical copy for my shelf. The writing is gorgeous and emotive. I was happily moving much more slowly in my work day as I listened, but need to have this in my hands.

This book cements my fan status of French. Her literary style of mystery storytelling is superb.

I am quite happy that the @wichitalibrary has this available through @libby.app and now off to grab the next one!
