The woman (me) was too stunned to speak. This is such an amazing book. It’s well written and tells such a vulnerable story about what it’s like to take pain and childhood trauma and use nature to help heal. This author is incredible. She also climbed Mount Everest whilst on her period and shat herself on the mountain.
