Nearly a year to finish this on Audio, but not a reflection on the book or it’s narrator at all!
I was listening to this with my partner, so only able to listen whilst in the car travelling together. It’s a lengthy one, so it just took a while!
Don’t get attached to your favourites, no one is safe. Stephen Fry’s Audio is just as a devastating blow as reading it and it hits like a punch in the gut in those chapters where Harry describes the battle.
This is more than likely my last ever re-read of HP, my conscious can no longer support JK and her views and I am sad to leave my childhood comfort blanket behind.
