such a fumbling pacing, and one thing i will not forgive in a book is being told things, rather than shown. as such, very unbelievable character and relationship growth, and couldn't really care about what's going on, and the romance was utterly underwhelming. would have done with at least 100 more pages, so we could get some actual development beyond "2 weeks have passed and we are getting along now"
