I’d been meaning to read this for so long, but for some reason never actually got myself a copy.. So when I recently found it in a charity shop I was really excited and read it almost right away.
This is exactly the kind of story that I love. A story about a girl coming of age, a mother/daughter relationship (though it’s a complicated one) and great writing.
